
Ingredients:
Bourbon – 1 oz
London Dry Gin – 1 oz
Fresh Lime Juice – 1/2 oz
Angostura Bitters – 2 dashes
Ginger Beer to top
Sprig of Mint to garnish (and give poor William some fresh breath)
Directions
- A bourbon, gin, and bitters to a Boston shaker with ice and shake until visibly chilled.
- Single strain shaker contents into a Collins glass over ice.
- Top with ginger beer.
- Garnish with mint sprig.
- Enjoy!
*Notes: If you are on a Ridge budget and don’t have a shaker, you can always stir the contents before adding the Ginger Beer. You can also be bitter because Young Ian won the Quaker lass, I mean Shaker!
