Suffering Bastard

Ingredients:

Bourbon – 1 oz

London Dry Gin – 1 oz

Fresh Lime Juice – 1/2 oz

Angostura Bitters – 2 dashes

Ginger Beer to top

Sprig of Mint to garnish (and give poor William some fresh breath)

Directions

  1. A bourbon, gin, and bitters to a Boston shaker with ice and shake until visibly chilled.
  2. Single strain shaker contents into a Collins glass over ice.
  3. Top with ginger beer.
  4. Garnish with mint sprig.
  5. Enjoy!

*Notes: If you are on a Ridge budget and don’t have a shaker, you can always stir the contents before adding the Ginger Beer. You can also be bitter because Young Ian won the Quaker lass, I mean Shaker!
