It’s a super easy recipe and way less smelly than sauerkraut, as well as spicy at Elspeth’s potty mouth.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 TBSP apple cider vinegar
  • 1 TBSP water
  • 2 tsp grainy mustard
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 3 cups chopped green cabbage
  • 1 matchstick carrots
  • 1/2 cup fresh flat leaf parsley leaves

Directions

  1. Whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, water, mustard, ground black pepper, garlic, and salt.
  2. Mix in the cabbage, parsley, and carrots.

Tip: If short on time, you can use a 16 oz bag of pre-made coleslaw mix for the cabbage and carrots.
