
It’s a super easy recipe and way less smelly than sauerkraut, as well as spicy at Elspeth’s potty mouth.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 TBSP apple cider vinegar
- 1 TBSP water
- 2 tsp grainy mustard
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 3 cups chopped green cabbage
- 1 matchstick carrots
- 1/2 cup fresh flat leaf parsley leaves
Directions
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, water, mustard, ground black pepper, garlic, and salt.
- Mix in the cabbage, parsley, and carrots.
Tip: If short on time, you can use a 16 oz bag of pre-made coleslaw mix for the cabbage and carrots.
